Let’s get that one out of the way. Everyone is surely going to make some reference to it. My natural eyesight is no longer that good, if it ever was. I used to be longsighted but over the last twenty years or so, I’ve needed reading glasses.
I don’t really make New Year resolutions as such but I do set some goals, most of which is never reach. The sprit is strong but the flesh is weak you know?
We’ve been to the Beer Festival before, but this is the first year that we volunteered to help out behind the bar.
We initially vounteered for two afternoons, but ended up doing a third as we enjoyed it that much! On Friday too, we had an ulterior motive as one of favorite local bands were playing – the Good Ol’ Boys.
Inbetween our sessions behind the bar we got the opportunity to sample a few beers ourselves. There were over 500 to choose from!
We will certainly be volunteeering again next year!
It’s certainly living up to its name this month, and lat month too thinking about it. We had some quite high winds at times during March, and now we’re getting rainy days.
I was going to go out and do a local photowalk today but the weather has put paid to my plans.
Instead I am catching up on some computer tasks. I certainly have plenty of Lightroom and Photoshop work to get on with.
