Day One

I use Day One for journaling. I noticed the new “Gold” tier, and since I, like every other user, have been offered a free trial, I decided to give it a go. Not sure yet, I used my voice to record my ‘chat’ and from that the built-in AI has compiled an entry for me. It actually took longer than typing in myself, but it did add more that I would have typed. I tend to be quite concise.

My backup software (Backblaze) greeted me with an error message this morning. However, once I updated it, everything returned to order, and full backup resumed. I have several TB to keep safely backed up. Photographs and purchased digital audio are the main contenders. Truly irreplaceable for photos

The bus got delayed on the way home, as it was running early, due their being no school kids and assocated traffic. I ended up getting off the bus, and swinging by the local pub.
